We want you to have the right lenses. You may exchange or return lenses to within 30 days of your purchase date. The lenses must be in the state and condition in which you received them and contained in their original packaging. In addition they must be unused and unworn. Packaging or boxes must be free of stickers, marks, or any other type of package alteration.
You may not return the following:
- Open contact lens boxes
- Open vials
- Open bottles
- Custom made RGP contact lenses and other custom prescription products are not eligible for return.
To start the process, email us at info@SendMeContacts.com. We will provide you with specific return instructions. With most manufacturers, the returns process is straightforward. However, please keep in mind that:
- A few select manufacturers do not issue refunds, but they do issue credit toward the purchase of a different lens from that same manufacturer.
- Some Lombart lenses from Unilens Corp., USA cannot be returned, while others incur a $15 per lens return fee. This is a specialty manufacturer.
- Some custom lenses and specialty product may not be eligible for return.
If your bottles, vials, blisters or boxes were damaged during shipping, contact us at info@SendMeContacts.com and we will help you quickly file the proper claim.
If you believe you have received defective lenses, please email us immediately and we will report the issue to the manufacturer and request replacement of your lenses.
